Police are seeking the public’s help in finding two men wanted on separate warrants.

Kyle K. Dawson, 32, is wanted on a no-bail arrest warrant for violating probation. Police describe him as possibly armed and dangerous and caution the public not to approach him, but to immediately call police.

Dawson is described as 5-foot-11, 175 pounds with brown eyes and short brown hair. He has a large tattoo of the Big Island on his back with the words “Only God Can Judge Me” written above. He also has a tattoo that says “JIU JITSU” on his right forearm and a tribal tattoo on his left forearm. He is known to frequent Kailua-Kona, Puna and Hamakua.

Pio Kapeli Jr., 46, is wanted for questioning in a theft investigation and is also wanted on six arrest warrants for contempt of court.

He’s described as 5-foot-10, 215 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair and numerous tattoos. He has no permanent address but frequents Puna.
