At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Parker School Trust Corporation, new member David D. Higgins was welcomed. Higgins joins president Shelby Anne Floyd, secretary/treasurer Saundra Gulley and director Scott Elliot.

At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Parker School Trust Corporation, new member David D. Higgins was welcomed. Higgins joins president Shelby Anne Floyd, secretary/treasurer Saundra Gulley and director Scott Elliot.

The Parker School Trust was established by Richard Smart in 1978 to provide for private education in North Hawaii. During Smart’s life, Parker School developed secondary and adult educational programs.

Funded by the Parker Ranch Foundation Trust, PSTC supports Parker School and supports and administers Waimea Community Education.
