Local police are assisting Maui police in trying to find a missing 28-year-old Haiku woman who may be on the Big Island.

Halley Leah Ries is reportedly with her two daughters, ages 5 and 8 months, and driving a gray 2014 Nissan 4-door sedan, license ZBN 509. She’s described as Caucasian, 5-foot-11, 145 pounds with green eyes and blond hair.

Police say she has a condition that requires medication.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
