Betty Jane Blair, 84, of Kailua-Kona died May 31 at home. Born in Hot Springs, Ark., she was a homemaker and had been a caregiver for the elderly and owned a child-care business. Services pending. Born in Pahala, he was a retired foreman for Ka‘u Agribusiness, U.S. Army veteran and member of Pahala Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
