Sandra Catherine Pillette, 68, of Ocean View died April 27 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Detroit, she was a substitute teacher at Pahala High School, designed Kahuku Park and Kahuku Fire Station and was a member of Elks Club of Kona. Private services.
