Mark Lee Hanson, 63, of Kailua-Kona, died May 2. Born in Newport Beach, Calif., she worked as a sportfishing captain for most of his life. In later years he worked as crane operator. He moved to Maui in 1967, and to the Big Island in 1977. Survived by daughter Alana Hanson of Kailua-Kona; son Kelly Prouty of Kailua-Kona and three grandchildren. Private services will be held. Misao Noguchi, 93, of Hilo, a retired licensed practical nurse at the Olaa Old Folks Home and Hilo Medical Center Extended Care Division, died in the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. She was born in Kurtistown. Survived by daughters Kathy (Kerry) Inouye and Charlene Okawa from Hilo, sisters Sumiko Kodama and Shizuko Kira from Honolulu, two grandchildren and one great grandson. A Private service was held.
