Keene Fujinaka, primary relationship officer, has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president in the Bank of Hawaii Hawaii Island Commercial Banking Center. His responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, managing a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits, and promoting financial services and products.

Keene Fujinaka, primary relationship officer, has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president in the Bank of Hawaii Hawaii Island Commercial Banking Center. His responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, managing a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits, and promoting financial services and products.

In 2001, Fujinaka interned at Bank of Hawaii as a business administration student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He earned his bachelor’s degree in 2002 and started his career as a business banking officer in the Business Banking Division. He is on the board of directors for the Hilo Crescent City Lions Club and on the finance committee for Hawaii Island United Way. He is also a member of the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce.
