Police are looking for a missing 24-year-old Keaau woman.

Karissa Hirahara was last seen in Keaau on March 24. She’s described as Japanese, about 5-foot-5, 170 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink sleeveless shirt with a brown jacket with laces on the sleeves and black shorts.

She has a condition that requires medication and may be in the lower Puna area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Detective Wendall Carter at 961-2378. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
