North Kohala Public Library is currently accepting book and media donations in anticipation of the annual Friends of North Kohala Library Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, April 19. The sale is slated for 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Kohala High School cafeteria.

North Kohala Public Library is currently accepting book and media donations in anticipation of the annual Friends of North Kohala Library Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, April 19. The sale is slated for 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Kohala High School cafeteria.

Books, videos, CDs and DVDs in good condition may be dropped off at the library during any open hours. Encyclopedias will not be accepted and any textbooks must have been published within the past 10 years.

The library hours are noon-8 p.m. Mondays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays.

Donations are tax deductible. Library staff can provide receipts for tax purposes when the materials are delivered to the library. Call the library at 889-6655 for additional information.
