To be a designated as a Fit-Friendly Worksite, employers must offer physical activity support, healthy eating options and nutrition activities, and promote an overall wellness culture. Hawaii National Bank was honored for offering its employees an extensive Wellness Program that includes: on-site flu shots, free chair massages, fitness challenges, monthly wellness workshops , a self-insured prescription drug plan and incentives on medical and dental premiums.
