Although he has no permanent address, he frequents the Hilo area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts or who sees him is asked not to approach him but to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 and might be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
