Volleyball clinic is June 15
Pure Aloha volleyball club will hold a clinic for ages 12-14 from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, June 15 at Carvalho Park.
The cost is $5. For more information, call Noe Kalima at 339-0820.
Benefit concert in Pahoa
There will a benefit concert from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday to raise travel funds for the Pahoa Volleyball Club.
The concert will feature Hawaiian and Reggae music and will include performances by Guy Cruz, John Cruz and Queen Sparrow.
Tickets are $10 at the door at Pahoa Village Club, 15-2941 Government Main Road.
Money raised will help fund the team’s trip to Anaheim, Calif., this summer.
