Rodney Impelido was last seen in Waimea. He is described as a Filipino, about 5-foot-7, 165 pounds with short black hair and tattoos on his neck, shoulders, calf and back.
Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call Officer Eric Ontiveros at 887-3082 or the police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
