Randall “Randy” Harold Fernandez, 65, of Papaaloa died April 12 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was an auto mechanic and U.S. Army veteran. Kersten Leslie Johnson, 68, of Volcano died April 14 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Born in Minneapolis, she was an environmental program director with a master’s degree in environmental science and took part in a community Catholic study group. Private service. Lourdes Gervacio Pascua, 87, Keaau died Feb. 26 at home. Born in Ngabangab Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she was a vegetable farm laborer and member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Keaau. Joseph Alexander Riveira Sr., 71, of Hilo died April 13 in Hilo.
