Sandra May Abejon Kendrick, 73, of Volcano, formerly of Waimanalo, Oahu, died Dec. 11 at home. Robert Harold Krause, 53, of Ocean View died Dec. 9 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Portage, Wis., he was the road superintendent for Rancho Road maintenance in Ocean View, a welding trainer for John Deere, a front-end AC Value Center supervisor in Cordova, Alaska, former operator of Anderson Island Fishing Lodge to Key West, Fla., avid deep-sea fisherman, multiple bass tournaments champion and Army National Guard Reserve veteran.
