Wendy “Niki” Maile Lani Akau, 57, of Waikoloa died Nov.23 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Born in Honokaa, she was a sales associate with The Tobacco Shop in Hilo. Private services at a later date. Taupale Alo Fuiava, 94, of Hilo died on Nov. 18 at home. Born in American Samoa, she was a homemaker. Visitation 4-5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at Heritage Christian Fellowship, 165 E. Kawili St. in Hilo.
