Margaret Ann Cabudol, 87, of Pahala died Nov. 6 at Ka‘u Hospital. Born in Pahala, she was a power mower operator for the former Ka‘u Agribusiness Co. and member of Pahala Holy Rosary Catholic Church, its choir and parish council, Ka‘u Hospital Auxiliary, International Longshore and Warehoue Union Unit 1102, Pahala Volunteer Firefighter 11-Delta Co., Ka‘u High and Pahala Elementary School Parent-Teacher-Student Association, Ka‘u High School Band Booster Club and Pahala Flipino Community Club. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, at Pahala Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Celebration of Life program at 9:15 a.m. Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at the Pahala Catholic Cemetery. Survived by son, Audie Cabudol of Naalehu; daughters, Deissery Pestano of Hilo, Dexsilyn (Crispin Jr.) Navarro of Pahala and Nyla (Dominic) Badis of Waianae, Oahu; brother, David (Noe) Andrade of Honolulu; sisters, Priscilla Lorna Fernandez of Mark Twain Estates, Gloria Jean Aquino of Pearl City, Oahu, Geraldine “Gerry” Santos of Hilo and Annette (Dietrich) Akutagawa of Pearl City; 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews. Wesley Katsumi Murakami, 73 of Waimea, died Nov. 8 at home. A Honokaa High School graduate, he attended culinary school and worked as a pastry chef at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel before retiring as general manager of Kona Fish Co.
