It’s time to stand up against Trump’s regime
A critical mass of discontent is being reached. Citizens will take a lot. They will adjust to very much. But when their loved ones suffer more and more loss of essential food and medicine and guaranteed rights, they get very upset.
When citizens and noncitizens are treated like cattle and sheep, they will eventually perceive their danger and either turn on their Judas leadership or stampede in complete chaos.
We are actually passed the point of danger to our well-being and loss of civil rights. All the warning signs are right there in front of us. Another day and another right is removed and abolished.
Will citizens meekly go quietly into the gas chamber/showers? Or will they risk being singled out for immediate job loss, marginalization and termination?
Will they realize that they have no choice but to stand firm for their rights and defy the government?
Time will tell. But, will we see resistance before or after it is too late to be effective?
The troops with guns are already in our nation’s streets. Will the police batons and pepper stray be the deciding factor? Or will the final straw be bullets and disappearance of protesters to secret “camps”?
Hard to tell. But what I can say is that an incident will happen that will set off a firestorm of violence unless our president decides that government repression is not the answer to making America great again.
Civil war is not something sane people seek or believe will solve our civil problems. But what happens when people are driven to insanity by insane repression and illegal acts and policies?
Sincere negotiations are the better way. Decide what is fair and equal.
Trump needs to re-access his “my way or the highway” leadership style.
He needs to realize that not all citizens are sheep. Many have courage and will stand up to his tyranny.
That is not insurrection. It is called patriotism. We are all Americans. He is not more or less so than us citizens.
Patriots will stand up for our Constitution. The MAGA cult are loyal to their chosen emperor wannabe.
Who is right? Who is wrong? Time will tell.
As for me? Well, I stand for nonviolence and for our nation as a whole. We have a document that is our blueprint for sane and fair government for all. How about we stand for that?
