Richardson School of Law, professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center and University of Hiroshima Faculty of Law, member of the Public Defender Service in Washington D.C., author of Hawaii Rules of Evidence Manual and a gunnery officer and navigator in the U.S. Navy.
