Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old Terriphena Yazzie of Mountain View, who was reported missing.

Yazzie is considered endangered because she is in need of medication, police said.

Yazzie and her two daughters, 2-year-old Adijah Alamo and 1-year-old Jahdijah Alamo were last seen on Oct. 29, 2023, but reported missing on Nov. 12.

According to online court records, the children’s father, Raul Alamo, has recently filed three cases against Yazzie claiming domestic abuse — on Oct. 30, Nov. 3 and today. Two of the cases are on behalf of the minors.

Those cases are designated as confidential by the state Judiciary, so the Tribune-Herald doesn’t know the allegations contained in the filings.

No photograph of Yazzie is available, according to police. However, she is described as Native American, 5-feet-6 inches tall, 130 pounds, with long reddish-brown hair and brown eyes. She also has numerous tattoos on her legs and back.

Adijah Alamo is described as approximately 2-feet tall, 50 pounds, with a tan complexion, brown short wavy hair and brown eyes.

Jahdijah Alamo is described as approximately 1.5-feet tall, 30 pounds, with a tan complexion, brown short wavy hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the location of Yazzie and her daughters is asked to call the Hawaii Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.

Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300.
