Douglas Wren Dick, 86, of Wainea died Feb. 11 at home. Born in Long Beach, Calif.; he was a retired project manager and proprietor of a construction engineering company, and member of Annunciation Catholic Church. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at Annunciation Catholic Church in Waimea. Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Survived by wife, Ruth S. Odetta Kuuleilehua Leslie, 80, of Hilo died May 2 at her sister’s home in Keaukaha. Born in Hilo, Hawaii, she was the proprietress of Stella’s Place in Hilo and retired from the state Airports Division.
