Carl Thomas Engdahl, 60, of Mountain View died April 21 at home. Born in Akron, Ohio, he was a sales manager for Hawaii Paper Products and was formerly employed at Sodexo and Home Depot. Celebration of life at a later date. Survived by wife, Pamela M. Engdahl of Mountain View; son, Alexander (Leah) Engdahl of Oahu; daughter, Calista (Chawn Kaili) Engdahl of Hilo; stepchildren, Randy Babchuk of Arizona and Shayna Toledo of Missouri; mother, Peggy (David) Boots of Papaikou; brother, Mark Engdahl of Akron, Ohio; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Stephen Harold Frank, 75, of Hawaiian Paradise Park died April 22. Born n Smith Falls, Ontario, Canada, he worked in the auto industry for over 50 years and ran a locally-owned dealership in Hilo. Private services held. Survived by partner, Lynn Stamoulis; daughters, Christine Frank-Szarecka and Renata Frank; brother, Peter Frank; sister, Jennifer Frank; a grandson. Weston Leslie Jr., 51, of Honaunaui died March 5 at home. Born in Kealakekua, he was a self-employed maker of fishing lures. Celebration of life 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at Big Game Fishing Clubhouse at Honokohau Small Boat Harbor in Kailua-Kona. Scattering of ashes to follow. Survived by mother, Yvonne Leslie of Honaunau; sisters, Dawn (Adam Langdon) Leslie of Honaunau and Faith (Donny) Andrade of Las Vegas; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Tokiwo Nagata, 96, of Hilo died Feb. 24 on Oahu. Born in Hilo, he was a retired Federal Aviation Administration manager and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Private services held. Survived by sons Jack (Fei Lee) Nagata and Roger (Cynthia) Nagata; daughter, Sandra (Keith) Robbins; eight grandchildren.
