Tonight, Day Two of BIIF baseball Championships concluded with Kamehameha Schools – Hawai‘i beating Konawaena High School to win the DII Title, and Waiakea High School edging Hilo High School to tie the DI series 1-1.

KSH vs. Konawaena Game 2: KSH won 6-4

Both teams will proceed to HHSAA State playoffs next week on O‘ahu.

Waiakea vs. Hilo Game 2: Waiakea won 1-0

WHS bounced back from last night’s loss to tie the series 1-1. The pair will settle the score in Game Three tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at 6 p.m. at Wong Stadium.
