Tickets are still available for The Big Island Chocolate Festival, which features three days of fun and educational activities April 27 through April 29 in West Hawaii.
The festival culminates April 29 with its signature chocolate-themed evening gala.
This year’s gala, “Indulge Your Senses with Chocolate,” returns to its pre-COVID format where attendees can visit multiple culinary booths for savory and sweet chocolate-inspired plates at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa.
A wide variety of refreshments, including a cacao-infused ale, a chocolate fountain, and live entertainment will be present.
From April 27 through April 29, the festival offers a farm and chocolate tasting tour, seminars about the farming of chocolate, and culinary demonstrations on showcasing chocolate with art and food.
