Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Ricky Ramirez, who was reported as a runaway.
Ramirez is described as 6-feet-2-inches tall, 140 pounds, with a tan complexion, short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen Tuesday afternoon on Kamehameha Avenue in Hilo wearing a white T-shirt, green camouflage pants, and black Nike Air Force 1 shoes.
