Priscilla Kristine (Boyer) Garcia, 57, of Murrieta, Calif., formerly of Pahoa, died Dec. 6. She was born and raised in California. Memorial service 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, for friends and family at Papio Street in Pahoa. Survived by husband, Dennis Foran; son, Kenneth (Deborah) Boyer; stepdaughters, Kara and Kristie Foran; mother, Wanda Boyer; brother, Ken Boyer; three grandchildren.
Pearl M. Punahele, 80, of Mountain View died Jan. 14. Born in Hawaii, she retired from state Child Protective Services on Maui and was a member of Our Lord Jesus Christ Resurrection. Survived by sons, Beaudyboy (Kamai) Kawehionamokumanu Kaleookaiwa Punahele Jr., Joseph (Kim) Nahalauwowoalii Punahele and Godwyn Kealoha Pauole Punahele; daughters, Gil (Gordon) Punahele Goodhue, Maggie (Wayne) Kealaiki; sister, Mariya Marcellino; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; cousins.
