The Volcano Village Artists Hui Annual Studio Tour &Sale returns this year with a full slate of artists.

Now in its 36th year, the studio tour will take place this from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

A wide variety of artwork in many different media will be on display and available for purchase at four studio &and gallery locations in Volcano village.

These include Margaret Barnaby (woodblock prints) at her studio with Mike and Misato Mortara (hand-blown art glass).

Ira Ono (fine art and exquisite gifts) will be at Volcano Garden Arts.

Charlotte Forbes Perry (ceramic tiles and stained glass), Joan Yoshioka (original paintings and prints) and Emily Herb (pottery and sculptural clay vessels) will be showing their work at the 2400 Fahrenheit Glass Studio, and the Mortara’s glass gallery at his location will also be open.

Hui members Elizabeth Miller (paintings, prints and mixed media) and Ricia Shema (vintage silk clothing and bags) will be set up in Hale Ho‘omana at the Niaulani Campus of the Volcano Art Center, along with guest artists Scott Pincus (handmade silver jewelry) and Phan Barker (quilts, woodblock prints and mixed media).

For a less crowded, and more relaxed shopping experience, please consider attending on Saturday or Sunday, and for everyone’s health and safety, masks may be required at some studios.
