A house fire early Monday morning destroyed a home in Mountain View’s Eden Roc Estates subdivision.

According to a Hawaii Fire Department statement, six units responded to the 2:11 a.m. alarm, with the first unit arriving at 2:34 a.m.

Firefighters found the second floor of the two-story 48-feet-by-16-feet structure fully involved in flames, with the fire spreading to the ground floor.

The fire was reported under control at 3:39 a.m. and extinguished at 4:50 a.m.

The loss was reportedly $200,000, and the owner of the property is Jennifer N. Norton of Grants Pass, Ore.

No occupants were on the scene, and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
