Dennis Gerard Brown, 81, of Kailua-Kona died July 23 at home. Born in California, he was a retired assistant county administrator for Marin County, California, served in Iran in the Peace Corps in the 1960’s, worked for the federal government in the CETA program and other positions for Marin County.
