The Gilbert Kahele Recreation Area on Daniel K. Inouye Highway will be closed from 4:30 a.m.-noon Tuesday for vector control operations, according to the county Department of Parks and Recreation.
The public is advised to travel through this area with the knowledge that the public restrooms and amenities at this park will not be available during that time.
