James Leon Leek, 79, of Kailua-Kona died April 11 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Sacramento, Calif., he was a mortgage lender for Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America and U.S. Navy veteran. Harriet Hanae Okuda, 78, of Hilo died May 20 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Laupahoehoe, she was a claims adjuster for Hawaiian Insurance and Guaranty Co.
