AAUW offers scholarships for UH-Hilo, HCC female students

The Hilo Branch of the American Association of University Women is pleased to announce that it will once again offer scholarships to female students at UH-Hilo and Hawaii Community College.

In order to be considered for these scholarship awards, AAUW-Hilo Branch invites women at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and Hawaii Community College to apply for scholarships by May 1. In 2022 AAUW plans to make awards of $2,000 to selected women attending UH-Hilo, as well as awards of $1,000 to selected women attending HCC.

Eligibility guidelines and 2022 scholarship applications for both schools may be found at the AAUW-Hilo Branch website at https://hilo-hi.aauw.net.

Applications and instructions are available online. Completed applications should be submitted online as stated in the instructions. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by May 1.
