Leticia “Letti” Paguirigan Agag, 78, of Hilo died March 9 at home. Born in Laoag City, Philippines, she was a retired accountant for KTA Super Stores and member and treasurer of First United Protestant Church. Visitation 9-10 a.m.Thursday, April 14, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima Section. Aloha attire. Survived by daughter, Lei Joy (Mark) Semana of Gilbert, Ariz.; son, Jeremy Agag of Hilo; mother, Magdalena Bumanglag of Hilo; brothers, Melecio (Brenda) Bumanglag of Honokaa and Benjamin Bumanglag Jr. of Hilo; sister, Anna (Horace) Farr of Hilo; sister-in-law, Louise (Victor Sr.) De Guzman of Waipahu, Oahu; a grandson; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Kinuyo Kamimura, 94, of Hilo, died Dec. 4 at home. Born in Pahoa and was a retired seamstress for the former Men’s Shop. Private services held. Survived by son, Eric Kamimura of Honolulu; daughters, Avis (Danny) Matsuda of Altadena, Calif., and Lena (Richard) Tamaru of Honolulu; brother, Shiro Hashimoto of Hilo; sister, Kimiyo Nakamura of Honolulu; six grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Hideko Morigawara, 99, of Captain Cook died March 21 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Chintao, China, she was a cashier and hostess at the Waikiki Regency Hotel and member of the former Hotel Workers Local 5, AFL-CIO and Tenshi-Kotai-Jingu-Kyo. No services. Survived by stepdaughters, Jasmine (Melvin) Kop and Daisy Koga of Honolulu, Susan (Shawn) Suzuki of Captain Cook; stepsons, George Morigawara and Roy (Mariko) Morigawara of Honolulu; eight step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. Dennis Kazuaki Shimata, 77, of Kailua-Kona, died March 31 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired IT technician for First Hawaiian Bank, former maintenance worker for the former Royal Waikoloan Hotel and window treatment specialist for JC Penneys. Born in Keaau, she was a retired cafeteria manager at Laupahoehoe Elementary and High School, member of Papaaloa Hongwanji Mission, Laupahoehoe Senior Citizens Club and various bowling leagues.
