A Hawaii judge has granted a Hilo couple’s petition for a temporary restraining order against a Hollywood actor who allegedly broke into their bedroom and threatened them earlier this week.
The Hilo couple, Stoyan Kojouharov and Niegel Hayles, filed the petition on Tuesday against “Justice League” actor Ezra Miller, who, they alleged, burst into their bedroom, threatened to “bury (Kojouharov) and your slut wife,” and stole Hayles passport and Kojouharov’s wallet.
Today, Third Circuit Judge Michelle Kanani Laubach granted the petition, ordering Miller to not contact the couple or possess any firearms, electric guns or ammunition for the next 15 days. Any violation of that order will incur a misdemeanor charge punishable by up to one year in jail or a $2,000 fine, and carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 48 hours in jail.
Miller was also ordered to appear in Hilo District Court on April 13 for a hearing on the case. Should the actor or a representative fail to appear, a further injunction against harassment for up to three years will be granted to the couple.
