The Hawaii Police Department is holding three “Coffee With a Cop Events” in the next week, two in Kona and one in Hamakua.

These popular events are informal with no agenda and are a great way for community members to talk story with police on a range of topics of mutual interest and concern.

The Kona Coffee with a Cop events are:

• Today from 8-10 a.m. at the Kona Mountain Coffee Co., 73-4038 Hulikoa Drive, Kailua-Kona; and

• Friday, March 25, from 8-10 a.m., at Kona Coffee and Tea, 74-5588 Palani Road, Kailua-Kona.

The Hamakua event is:

• Sunday, March 20, from 1-3 p.m. at Waipunalei Coffee Farm, 36-1038 Stevens Road, Laupahoehoe.

Events will be subject to current COVID-19 guidelines.
