Two wanted for questioning in missing person case
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 57-year-old Dorajean Nihoa of Hilo and 60-year-old Joseph Keka of Kailua-Kona.
Both are wanted for questioning regarding a missing person who disappeared from Ocean View in November 2019. Police declined to say who the missing individual is.
According to police, there is an outstanding arrest warrant for Nihoa.
Keka is described as a local man, 5-foot-8-inches tall, 275 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Nihoa is described as a local woman, 5-foot-2 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
