Army Garrison Hawaii said Tuesday Army Reserves are transporting their wheeled vehicles from Pohakuloa Training Area to Kawaihae Deep Draft Harbor today between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Convoy departure times are staggered to prevent congestion along the highways, and to assist the daily commute of the local community.
Drivers are advised to exercise caution when passing or overtaking the convoys. Unit leaders are reminded to conduct pull-over drills to allow community motorists to pass the convoys in a safe manner.
