Cresencia Quinto Babas, 88, of Pepeekeo died May 31 in Hilo. Born in Lipit, Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines, she worked for Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company as a line worker. Visitation 9-10:30 a.m. Friday, June 18, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Services 10:30 a.m. Face masks and social distancing required. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery (new section). Survived by husband, Marcelino M. Mark Allen Chamberlin, 69, of Volcano Village died May 30 at Pohai Malama. Born on Maui and raised on Oahu, he was the former owner of Lava Rock Backhoe Services and retired as a heavy equipment operator with Operator Engineers Union Local 3. Private services were held. Kaleookalani Kekaualua, 57, of Hilo died May 24 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born and raised in Honolulu, he was a professional entertainer and a member of New Hope Church Hilo. Private family services were held. Zacarias Damasco Labrador, 79, of Honokaa died May 19 at Queen’s Medical Center. Born in Bantog, Asingan, Pangisinan, Philippines, he was a vegetable and rice farmer and a member of the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. Memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date. Survived by sons, Ramil Labrador of Philippines and Ruben Labrador of Honokaa; daughters, Marifi Labrador and Rosita Paine of Honokaa; sister, Teresita (Alfredo) Gacula of Honokaa; brothers and sisters in-law; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces, nephews and cousins. Harry Pacheco Jr., 67, of Hilo died May 28 in Hilo. Born in Hilo, he was a cane truck driver for the former Hilo Coast Sugar Processing Company, a U.S. Navy Seal, member of numerous motorcycle clubs and a member of the Glad Tidings Church in Hilo.
