Elizabeth Jane Angelo Alameida, 79, of Ahualoa died April 25 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Honokaa, she was a former candy packer at Hawaiian Holiday, a kitchen worker at T.Kaneshiro Store, later retired from KTA Deli in Waimea and was a member of the Kalopa Hawaii Pidgin Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Dominga Collado Dalipog, 86, of Keaau died May 18 at her residencee. Born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines, she was a homemaker and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pahoa. James Otis “Kanak” Palama Sr., 80, of Hilo died May 25 at Hawaii Care Choices, formerly Hospice of Hilo. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired bridge maintenance worker for the state government. Celebration of life and scattering of ashes noon-4 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at Kaiona Beach Park in Waimanalo, Oahu. Face masks and social distancing required. Conchita “Connie” Palacol Sahagun, 72, of Papaikou died May 27 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Papaikou, she was a retired employee for the state Attorney General Child Support Enforcement Agency, member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Filipino Catholic Club, Kalanianaole School class of 1964 and Hilo High School class of 1967. Drive-through urn visitation 9 a.m.-noon Sunday, June 13, at the Dodo Mortuary upper carport. Face masks and social distancing required.
