On a rainy Saturday morning in April, members of The Rotary Club of Hilo Bay volunteered their time to help cleanup downtown Hilo. They collected 268 pounds of trash and painted over graffiti from Haili Street to the Wainaku River, down to the Hilo Bayfront.
