Big Island Wellness Solutions is distributing its booklet, “Hawai‘i Healthy Me,” to Big Island fourth-graders for the seventh year.

Distribution was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The booklet is sponsored by KTA Super Stores, K. Taniguchi Ltd. and Big Island Wellness Solutions.

This year’s booklet includes information on wearing a mask and COVID-19.

Big Island Wellness Solutions President Audrey Wilson shares with the booklet’s sponsors her passion for a healthier Hawaii as well, and believes “We are what we eat.”
