Police are seeking leads on two repeat runaway teens.

Maycee Ahsui-Mendoza, 16, was last seen at 10 a.m. Sunday in the Keaau area. She’s described as Filipina, 5-feet-tall, between 100-135 pounds, with shoulder length dark brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen, she was wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, black denim shorts, and black sandals.

And 16-year-old Avamaria Johnson of Kona was last seen at 1:30 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Kalani Street in Kailua-Kona. She’s described as Caucasian, 5-foot-3-inches tall, about 120 pounds, with blonde hair. She has a tattoo on her right hand that says “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” When last seen, she was wearing a black sweatshirt and jean shorts.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either teen is asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
