The state Department of Health reported 16 new COVID-19 infections on Hawaii Island and 119 statewide.
Three additional deaths in Hawaii were also reported, with no further details provided.
New cases today, which reflect cases reported to DOH on Tuesday, include 66 on Oahu, 30 on Maui and seven Hawaii residents diagnosed while out of state.
The total number of cases by island since the pandemic began are 20,133 on Oahu, 2,108 in Hawaii County, 1,531 on Maui, 176 on Kauai, 106 on Lanai and 25 on Molokai. There are also 660 Hawaii residents who were out of state when diagnosed.
The Big Island has had 144 cases reported in the past 14 days, and an average of 8.3 cases over the past seven days for a positivity rate of 1.4%.
Three COVID-19 patients are hospitalized on Hawaii Island.
Hawaii County Civil Defense has reported 51 coronavirus-related deaths on the Big Island, with DOH has confirming 45 of those.
Nationally, the death toll from COVID-19 is more than 408,000 as of today.

Hawaii residents 75 years of age and older may also register for an appointment to be vaccinated by calling the Department of Health at 300-1120 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
