The state Department of Health has reported 14 new cases of COVID-19 today on the Big Island.

Statewide, there are 188 new coronavirus cases.

According to data from the DOH, Hawaii County has a 1.3% test positivity rate, compared to the 2.7% positivity rate statewide.

In Hilo, 26 cases have been reported in the past two weeks, while 27 cases have been reported in Kona during the same time frame.
