Hawaii County Civil Defense Agency this morning reported 34 new cases of COVID-19 on the Big Island.

At this time, 12 are hospitalized.

Testing is ongoing until noon today at Keauhou Shopping Center in Kona.

Additional testing will be conducted from 9 a.m.-1 p.m Saturday at Kahuku Park, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates.

No insurance is necessary to be tested, but bring those seeking a test should bring their insurance card if they have one.

There is no co-pay for individuals being tested.
