Police are seeking the public’s help to identify suspects in a reported robbery early Saturday morning in North Kohala.

Officers responded at about 6:20 a.m. to a business on Kaauhuhu Road after an employee reported he’d been assaulted by two men while preparing to open for business.

Police say the suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and other personal items and fled on foot into nearby brush.

The suspects are described as both between 5-foot-8-inches and 5-foot-10-inches tall. One was wearing a grey hooded sweater and the other might have been wearing a camouflage jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
