Samuel Bell, 81, of Waimea died May 19 at home. Born in Waimea, he was a retired mason, former police officer and U.S. Navy veteran. Private services held. Survived by sons, Johnny Bell and Tracy Kalani Bell of Honolulu, Donovan Bell of Orlando, Fla., Steven Dunlap of Brant, Mich.; daughters, Desiree Gambill and Misty Bell of Waimea, Raynee (Gary) Fisher of Ahualoa, Allison (Carl) Enomoto of Hilo and Christi-Jean (Patrick) Donnelly of Keaau; brothers, David Bell of Kailua, Oahu, and Autry (Holly) Bell of Waimea; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Helen M. Delatorre, 90, of Kailua-Kona died May 23 at Life Care Center of Kona. Born in Lahaina, Maui, she was a coffee farmer and housekeeper for the former Kona Inn Hotel and Islander Inn. Services at a later date. Survived by sons, Alan (Marina) Delatorre and Glenn (Audrey) Delatorre of Kailua-Kona, Terry (Jerri) Delatorre of Honokaa; daughters, Valerie (Nathan) Abo and Sandy (David) Rapozo of Hilo, Bernie Talley of Kailua-Kona, Laverne Acosta of Honolulu; brother, Harold Nakaoka of California; 24 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Diane Huey D’Orazio, 62, of Hawi died May 28 at home. Born in Miami, she was a retired veterinarian, former veterinarian for Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center of Roanoke and volunteer for Hawaii Wildlife Center. Private services at a later date. No flowers. Memorial donations to Hawaii Wildlife Center or North Hawaii Hospice. Survived by husband, John D’Orazio of Hawi; sons, Brennan D’Orazio of North Carolina and Cory D’Orazio of Honolulu; sisters, Mary Parikh and Charlotte (Monty) Baker of Virginia; nieces and nephews. Daryl Kalae Ke Sr., 67, of Pahala died May 30. Born in Hawaii, he was a machine operator for the former Ka‘u Sugar Co. Private family services held. Survived by wife, Jessie Ke; sons, Roy Napoleon, Daryl (Evelyn Salmo) Ke Jr., Troy (Pua Ke) Napoleon Jr.; daughters, Wendy Lee (Michael Silva) Napoleon, Marlo Ann (Reuben Kong) Makuakane and Darylnn (Kai Oliveros) Ke; sisters, Deidre Perreira, Rayven Grace, Paulette Ke and Faybien Waltjen; 25 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren; aunts, uncles and cousins. Richard “Rich” John Wagner, 53, of Holualoa died May 26 at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa.
