Although some stores might look closed from the outside, businesses continue to reopen at Prince Kuhio Plaza in Hilo.

Old Navy is one of the latest stores to open its doors to the public after being closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To help manage the amount of people inside the store, Old Navy’s outdoor entrance remains closed. It can be accessed from inside the mall from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Macy’s and Sears also posted signs on their outdoor entrances telling shoppers to enter through the mall.

Employees have been seen working inside T.J. Maxx, although it remains closed for now.

Two more restaurants and six more stores reopened to the public during the past week and a half.

The stores and restaurants currently open inside Prince Kuhio Plaza include: Cinnabon, Dairy Queen, Enjoy Comics, Famous Footwear, GNC, Got Gifts, Hallmark, Hawaii Island Creations, The Hawaiian Jewelry Store, Hot Topic, Jeans Warehouse, Journeys, Lids, Macy’s, Munch N’ Joy, Old Navy, Petco, Pizza Ala Slice, Sears, Sketchers, Spencer’s, Sunglass Hut, Sunlight Express, Vitamin World, Zales and Zumiez.

Prince Kuhio Plaza has been updating the mall’s website regularly when stores and restaurants reopen.

The updated list can be found at www.princekuhioplaza.com/en/directory/open-stores.html.
