A 43-year-old Waimea woman is facing charges in connection with a Tuesday burglary on Lindsey Road in Waimea.

Tesha Hall is charged with second-degree burglary, marijuana possession, tampering, fourth-degree theft and violating the emergency stay-at-home order.

According to police, officers responded to the 65-1200 block of Lindsey Road on a report that an individual was unlawfully inside a building on the property.

Arriving officers arrested Hall as she attempted to leave the scene, police said. A search warrant led to the recovery of property belonging to the victim and drug paraphernalia.

Hall’s bail is set at $29,000 and she remains in custody at the Kealakehe Police Station pending her initial appearance this morning in Kona District Court.
