Albert Mamuad Duldulao Sr., 80, of Hilo died March 5 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was a retired heavy equipment operator for the former Hamakua Sugar Co. Visitation 5-6 p.m. Sunday, March 29, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral services at 6 p.m. Casual attire; flowers and lei welcome. Burial 10 a.m. Monday, March 30, at Homelani Memorial Park, Lehua Section. Norman Hideo Irie, 69, of Pepeekeo died Feb. 11 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Honohina, he was retired from Hawaiian Airlines, a former diesel mechanic, U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division and member of Honomu Hongwanji Mission. Eones Kalawe, 62, of Keaau died March 5 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in the Marshall Islands, she was a homemaker. No services at this time. Georgeanne “Georgie Girl” “Nana” Leinaala Murray, 71, of Hilo died March 3 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo, she was an activities assistant and bus driver for Alu Like elderly program, professional musician and member and deaconess of Ka Uhane Hemolele O Ka Malamalama Church in Keaukaha. Celebration of life at a later date. Survived by husband, Paul H. Murray of Hilo; sons, David J. (Majila) Murray and Daniel K. (Sheri) Murray of Hilo; daughter, Phoenix (Cramer) Mahoe of Hilo; brother, Charles (Nanette) Mahi of Hilo; sisters, the Rev. Charlotte Mahi and the Rev. Perfecto Quilausing, 97, of Mountain View died March 16 at home. Born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was a retired bookkeeper for the former Puna Sugar Co. and member of several bowling leagues. Brian Matthew Tavares, 57, of Kailua-Kona died March 9 at Kona Community Hospital. The late Francis T. Nakano was survived by, among others, daughter-in-law Joan Nakano of Hilo. Her name wasn’t submitted for an obituary published Friday.
